Draft — pending legal review before launch.

This page explains what 100 Stories collects, why, who can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider; we never see it).

Application details: everything you enter in an application — your story, answers, headshot, work samples and links, production needs, and the confirmations you tick.

Demand signups: your name, email, the place you asked for, how you'd like to take part, and anything you choose to add.

Email list: your email address, the interests you tick, and whether you've unsubscribed.

Why we collect it To run the open call, review applications, produce the live experiences, tell you about places and events you asked to hear about, and decide where 100 Stories goes next.

Who sees it Applications are seen only by the curators assigned to your place and form, the Producer for that place, and 100 Stories administrators. Curators do not see your contact details.

Partners and sponsors never see applications, applicant information or email lists.

We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it Applications are kept for the life of the program so we can contact past applicants about future open calls, unless you ask us to delete them. Email list records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Your choices You can ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be deleted, through the inquiry form at 100storiesproject.com/contact. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — pages visited, where visitors came from, and steps like starting or submitting an application. Google Analytics sets its own cookies. We also keep a simple count of those same events ourselves; it doesn't include your email address.
